Our one-year warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, such as issues with hardware pieces, rivets, and locks, from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions. We take pride in our craftsmanship; however, this warranty does not extend to damage caused by neglect, unreasonable wear, personal content damage, or if the product was purchased from a retailer other than our online store. Final Sale items are also exempt from coverage. If a covered issue arises, we'll strive to make repairs, matching the original style, or offer a replacement if available. The bag arrived last night and it took 6 days for shipping. Not bad at all. I bought it for my boyfriend as a weekender in 24”. It’s perfect. Color and quality and it’s so well made. The stitching and overall details and lining and wide opening on top are really really what I was looking for. I love the material, the finish and the overall appearance of this bag. The stitching looks sturdy and the inner liner is smooth and attractive. The bag has a nice rugged look that suits me well. I chose that particular model because I wanted the pockets to close completely and securely with a zipper (as opposed to pockets that close with a belt-like closure) so nothing small can get out. I chose the 20 inch bag to fit in the overhead baggage compartments during air travel. This bag is compact but it can still take all the essentials needed for a small weekend outing.

Excellent quality bag. Shopped around a lot for a nice looking gym bag that would be durable, high quality, super nice looking, and have a good number of pockets. The barrel shape is excellent for a gym bag because it has a bit of an old school, classic look. I bought several other bags before settling on this one and found that other duffels with top grain leather were either made thin and flimsy goat leather, or were too formal looking for the gym. This bag is a great compromise. The only slight downside is that the leather is pretty thick and a little bit stiff right now. However, I anticipate that it will become more supple over time.
