Warranty:
At James Leather, we are committed to creating enduring products, handcrafted with care and quality. Our one-year warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, such as issues with hardware pieces, rivets, and locks, from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions. We take pride in our craftsmanship; however, this warranty does not extend to damage caused by neglect, unreasonable wear, personal content damage, or if the product was purchased from a retailer other than our online store. Final Sale items are also exempt from coverage. If a covered issue arises, we'll strive to make repairs, matching the original style, or offer a replacement if available. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll provide a store credit for the purchase price. For warranty claims, contact our customer support team at info@jamesleather.com with your order details.

Return Window:
You may return your item within 30 days.**Return/Exchange Policy currently extended till after Christmas, Dec. 28.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.All sale items are final and can only be returned for store credit (with a $19.99 deduction to cover the original shipping cost)

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.Gift cards are not refundable.
Refund:
Customer must provide return tracking, without that, your return cannot be processed. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and it meets the necessary criteria, we will proceed with the refund.
