Our one-year warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, such as issues with hardware pieces, rivets, and locks, from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions. We take pride in our craftsmanship; however, this warranty does not extend to damage caused by neglect, unreasonable wear, personal content damage, or if the product was purchased from a retailer other than our online store. Final Sale items are also exempt from coverage. If a covered issue arises, we'll strive to make repairs, matching the original style, or offer a replacement if available. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll provide a store credit for the purchase price. For warranty claims, contact our customer support team at info@jamesleather.com with your order details.

The Cleveland is an excellent bag with only one flaw that I will mention at the end. But first the great news. It’s absolutely beautiful. People always ask me how much I spent for it thinking it’s a $500 to $1,000 bag. The quality of the leather is top-notch. Maybe in a $,1000 bag each piece of leather would match more colour wise, but that was not the look I was going for. The handles are sewn very strongly with a thread that is visible and geometrically pleasing. The quality of the snaps for the handle joiner are excellent. However, I tend to leave it unsnapped because my laptop is always going in and out and there’s no need for it. However, if I was travelIng by air, I would definitely snap it shut as an extra layer of protection. The zippers deserve a mention just by themselves. They work great, they’re very strong , and it doesn’t look like I have to worry about them jamming up and becoming useless like happens with so many mass produced items. Now the one downside is that the Cleveland is advertised as accommodating a 15.6 inch laptop and this it clearly does with room to spare. However internally there is a compartment designed specifically to hold the laptop because it has a strap that goes from the outer side over where the laptop is inserted and Velcros over the other side of the laptop container section. Unfortunately this secure area meant for a laptop will not hold a 15.6 inch laptop such as my Lenovo ThinkPad. So I have to put it in the larger unsecured area and it doesn’t benefit from an extra strap to secure it in. This means it’s capable of moving around more in the laptop bag area and not fitting as snuggly as I would like. It’s not a big deal, but it is something that even $30 laptop bags get right.

I recently purchased a Cleveland bag and it more than met my expectations. it's really rugged and the hardware is top notch. I was concerned because the website didn't show the inside. I thought it might be plain. To my joy, it was full of pockets and places to store things. tons of room for note pads, pens, phone, on and on. It's a great bag! I can't wait to use it on my trip to Italy.

While this is a very nice bag it just didn't fit my needs. It's been returned for 2 weeks according to tracking but although customer service was nice in the beginning ( you have 24 hours to decide if you like it or want to exchange/refund it ) I haven't heard back yet . I hope they do the right thing.
