Our one-year warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, such as issues with hardware pieces, rivets, and locks, from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions. We take pride in our craftsmanship; however, this warranty does not extend to damage caused by neglect, unreasonable wear, personal content damage, or if the product was purchased from a retailer other than our online store. Final Sale items are also exempt from coverage. If a covered issue arises, we'll strive to make repairs, matching the original style, or offer a replacement if available.
