At James Leather, we are committed to creating enduring products, handcrafted with care and quality. Our one-year warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, such as issues with hardware pieces, rivets, and locks, from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions. We take pride in our craftsmanship; however, this warranty does not extend to damage caused by neglect, unreasonable wear, personal content damage, or if the product was purchased from a retailer other than our online store. Final Sale items are also exempt from coverage. If a covered issue arises, we'll strive to make repairs, matching the original style, or offer a replacement if available. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll provide a store credit for the purchase price. For warranty claims, contact our customer support team at info@jamesleather.com with your order details.

You may return your item within 30 days.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

All sale items are final and can only be returned for store credit (with a $19.99 deduction to cover the original shipping cost)

To proceed with your return, kindly provide us with the reason for the return and two photos of the item. This will assist us in accurately assessing any issues.

The jacket seams to be of very good value. I'm 5'-8 about 210 lbs and slightly bigger on top. I'm not one to work out but have worked Construction all my life. The jacket stomach, arms area's are tight, there's no way I wouldn't be able to Ware anything under it. I bought jackets from FJacket to and to me they seam to be the same style's and colors so I'm thinking their made from the same supplier. There was some problem with shipping but with the shipping from overseas and the issue's going on all over the World they said there was some issues but they kepth telling me give it a few more days. And it did show up. I bought two Jacket's from FJacket and one jacket came in the wrong style and color. The other I ordered a brown biker jacket and it arrived more Rust then Brown. Both company's are working on remedies to fix all issues. I read reviews from other people and I thought this was a Scam, but they did come through and both company's do get right back to you. So, I've bought more then one jacket from both companies so it's definitely worth the money.
