Warranty:

At James Leather, we are committed to creating enduring products, handcrafted with care and quality. Our one-year warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, such as issues with hardware pieces, rivets, and locks, from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions. We take pride in our craftsmanship; however, this warranty does not extend to damage caused by neglect, unreasonable wear, personal content damage, or if the product was purchased from a retailer other than our online store. Final Sale items are also exempt from coverage. If a covered issue arises, we'll strive to make repairs, matching the original style, or offer a replacement if available. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll provide a store credit for the purchase price. For warranty claims, contact our customer support team at info@jamesleather.com with your order details.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

All sale items are final and can only be returned for store credit (with a $19.99 deduction to cover the original shipping cost)

To proceed with your return, kindly provide us with the reason for the return and two photos of the item. This will assist us in accurately assessing any issues.

Seem a little tight for a large, but like the looks. It took a long time to get to me from Pakistan. I orderede it on the 21st of January and didn't receive it until yesterday 3/8. Tracking with DHL was a total joke.

The jacket is just what I expected. I ordered an XL with the sizing shown in the size chart it seemed to make sense. I am usually a Large. I am glad I did. Their sizing is a bit on the smaller side of sizing. This being said this was perfect. Thanks P.S. I will say, take note of their return policy. If you decide not to keep the purchase, it will cost you to return both for shipping and restocking fees. I have purchased 5 items from them and decided to return one. It's a process and should be made easier and less costly.

I am providing this 5 star review for the exceptional customer service from Linda - Manager of Customer Service , not specifically for the Brown Moto jacket I received. Unfortunately the jacket had to be returned due to defects. I am unable to send a photo as I have already sent the coat back to their offices in Monsey New York for a direct exchange. Linda has been extremely nice, has helped me with sizing questions on previous orders and put up with my numerous emails regarding the ordering , return and exchange of this jacket. This was the fourth Jacket I have ordered from James Leather. I have given 5 star reviews on all other Jackets for quality of product and exceptional customer service. My other Jackets have been exceptional quality in every way. This one had chips in the leather and seemed to be missing the final finishing process and unlike my Black Moto which is buttery soft to the touch with perfect stitching , This one seemed to not have the proper finish on it as it was flat , and rough to the touch with chips in the material and some missing stitching. I followed the return instructions to the letter. I took photos of the defects sent them back to Linda via email , which she then apologized on behalf of James Leather and expressed how seriously James Leather takes the quality of their products - very seriously. Then sent me instructions and a return ref # for the return / exchange. Prior to returning the jacket , I folded it and placed it straight back into the original packaging and sent it straight back (it was received in their office in 2 business days) as I paid extra to get it there quickly, as Linda had committed to starting the ordering of a replacement before they received the defective one back. They showed real trust in keeping a happy returning customer. I sent it back the same day I received the instructions. I sent it back in its original packaging as instructed. I admit, I was disappointed to learn that due to Black Friday Sales and the push to process those orders, that there would be a delay in processing my replacement Brown Moto jacket. This really surprised me, as Linda emailed me to let me know several days before that the replacement was already ordered before receipt of the return. While I was disappointed in what happened . It was how Linda and James Leather responded to the situation that continued to keep me as a happy , returning customer. With the volume of jackets that they sell , I am not upset or surprised over having to return this jacket, as I have already enjoyed the other ones I have received without incident. I continue to get numerous compliments on my other jackets with people always asking me , where I bought it ?, which I go out of my way to tell them. I am sure , based on my past experience with James Leather , that I will hear back from them on how long the delay will be (which I have not yet) and when I that will receive my replacement very soon, I will update or add another review if I do not - which I do not expect. I ordered this jacket for my 17 year-old son for Christmas. At first I got the size wrong (my son has recently lost about 30 pounds). It was easy to return and get a correct size ordered. My son loves this jacket and got several compliments in the first day of wearing it. When he first put it on, the shoulders appeared rather pointy, but it rounded out to a more natural look in the shoulders after just a short time wearing it.

I have to admit that I was uneasy buying a jacket without being able to try it on first. Going by the size chart provided on the order page, I was anticipating it being on the large side, but I frequently layer it over a hoodie, so that wasn't really an obstacle. When I opened the package and tried it on, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was exactly as described, and on top of that, the leather itself is buttery soft. In short, this jacket is everything I was hoping for when I ordered it. Great customer service too, they know what they are selling!
