At James Leather, we are committed to creating enduring products, handcrafted with care and quality. Our one-year warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, such as issues with hardware pieces, rivets, and locks, from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions. We take pride in our craftsmanship; however, this warranty does not extend to damage caused by neglect, unreasonable wear, personal content damage, or if the product was purchased from a retailer other than our online store. Final Sale items are also exempt from coverage. If a covered issue arises, we'll strive to make repairs, matching the original style, or offer a replacement if available. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll provide a store credit for the purchase price. For warranty claims, contact our customer support team at info@jamesleather.com with your order details.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

All sale items are final and can only be returned for store credit (with a $19.99 deduction to cover the original shipping cost)

Gorgeous jacket, but too wide around the midsection. I'm 6ft (40R in a suit), so the large size fit my 42" chest, shoulders and arm length, but I had to have it tailored to bring everything below the chest in, which was considerably wider than anticipated.

This jacket is beyond my expectations. I have collected a few high quality leather jackets over the years, and this is an excellent addition, a real eye-catching head-turner. The leather is thick, smells amazing and sounds like just like high-quality leather should. The "weathering" / "distressed" on the jacket is just enough too, like a "Mad Max" cafe racer jacket crafted by a wise old leathersmith with protection, durability and practicality as the inspiration. The air vents are a nice touch, perfect for those hotter days on my Street Triple ripping up the backroads. I'm 5'8, 155 lbs, 40 inch chest. I ordered the XS and it fits perfectly, with enough room for a hoodie sweater underneath and thin motorcycle armour. I had written to James Leather with a question during the purchasing process, and Linda replied to me in less than a day with an answer. Very prompt and friendly service. Bought this jacket to ride. New bike, was fall, I wanted a distressed look to compensate for my older stolen jackets of my past. Actual leather, this is good. Overly distress but black shoe polish tamed white down acceptably. Leather 2/3rds as thick as proper crash leather but solid. Thought it had removable liner...could be my error, it doesn't. Also 1 interior pocket short of description. Cuffs are open at zipper as opposed to bound to the other side, they also have a snap to help close. Looks cool, not very tight though. All of that said, it fits great and is a stylish upgrade to the traditional bikers jacket. I'd crash lightly, use above freezing, but rideable. Nice vents, nice pads. It's cool, feel cool wearing it. Just wish it a bit more industrial.

You got to wear the jacket a couple times to break it in. It might feel a little tight at first but it breaks in real nice. I have worn it out 2 times now and it feels really comfortable. If you don't want to break the bank and you want something authentic and let looks good this is definitely the product for you. The color matches well with jeans. It has the classic look and is not too heavy. Something perfect for someone in Southern California where it never gets too too cold.
