Our one-year warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, such as issues with hardware pieces, rivets, and locks, from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions. We take pride in our craftsmanship; however, this warranty does not extend to damage caused by neglect, unreasonable wear, personal content damage, or if the product was purchased from a retailer other than our online store. Final Sale items are also exempt from coverage. If a covered issue arises, we'll strive to make repairs, matching the original style, or offer a replacement if available. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll provide a store credit for the purchase price. For warranty claims, contact our customer support team at info@jamesleather.com with your order details.

You may return your item within 30 days.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

All sale items are final and can only be returned for store credit (with a $19.99 deduction to cover the original shipping cost)

the only issue that I have is the jacket came in a very tiny shrink wrapped package that basically 'squeezed' the jacket into a very tiny lump shape and when opened was still kinda deformed

Really nice jacket. Wish the pockets were a little bigger but that's not a huge deal. Only reason for 4 stars is that their sizing guide is horribly inaccurate and needs to be reworked. Had my measurements taken, and the chart said I was an XS (I'm usually an adult medium). Since this seemed incorrect, I figured I would order a small for a nice middle ground. Ended up sending it back and getting a medium, but good news is that the return process is super simple and i had a new jacket within a week and a half of contacting customer service about my exchange.

I will start by saying I have had many bike jackets through the years, and I paid $800. and over, the thing is none were this quality! I thought to myself when I saw this jacket and specs, then the price, and I thought it must be thin and cheap.When it arrived and i took it out and the smell of the leather was fantastic lol tried it on and it fit just right!! It was heavy, smooth leather! Absolutely amazing jacket!!! . I was so impressed with this jacket that At this price I ordered another one, to either keep as a back up not that the first one will need replacing for years, or I will save it for one of my boys. Either way you will be impressed with this jacket!!!!!!!!!!
