Warranty:

At James Leather, we are committed to creating enduring products, handcrafted with care and quality. Our one-year warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, such as issues with hardware pieces, rivets, and locks, from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions. We take pride in our craftsmanship; however, this warranty does not extend to damage caused by neglect, unreasonable wear, personal content damage, or if the product was purchased from a retailer other than our online store. Final Sale items are also exempt from coverage. If a covered issue arises, we'll strive to make repairs, matching the original style, or offer a replacement if available. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll provide a store credit for the purchase price. For warranty claims, contact our customer support team at info@jamesleather.com with your order details.

You may return your item within 30 days.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

All sale items are final and can only be returned for store credit (with a $19.99 deduction to cover the original shipping cost)

Great jacket. I got tons of compliments the first day I wore it. If you are wondering about the color, it’s like having a brown and black jacket at the same time. A best of both worlds kind of jacket. I ordered my normal size and I’m glad I did. Doesn’t run slim like the John Varvados one I paid almost double for. No buyers remorse here.

This is a comfortable jacket. The size chart was right on the money. I have a first classics jacket that I was hoping to replace with a better fitting one, but this James leather jacket is not as well built. My first classics jacket weighs almost 10 pounds and is more or less a winter coat. The James leather jacket would fit in a coffee can and is only for fashion. I also thought the distressed leather was unnecessary. It would look better just plain. It fits great and looks great but I wouldn’t ride in it.

It's a very nice jacket. A modest amount of insulation, warm but not too warm, nice padding around the shoulders. I'm a slim 6'1" and the L fits me perfectly. The brown accententuation/wear looks good around the trim, but on some parts of the jacket it just looks a splotch of mud or brown paint rather than weathered leather. Not a huge deal bc it will probably over time fade and blend in as intended, but if they had spent a little more attention it would have looked perfect right out of the package. Still it is quality full grain leather and for that it is a great price.

Just received the jacket and in all honestly I am in love with it. Leather is super soft and the lining is really comfortable. Contours to your body shape. Very stylish-casual leather jacket, and not so trendy that you look ridiculous and feel out of place wearing it. I feel comfortable with it on. An excellent jacket for the price and would definitely recommend it.
