We take pride in our craftsmanship; however, this warranty does not extend to damage caused by neglect, unreasonable wear, personal content damage, or if the product was purchased from a retailer other than our online store. Final Sale items are also exempt from coverage. If a covered issue arises, we'll strive to make repairs, matching the original style, or offer a replacement if available. Return Window:

You may return your item within 30 days.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

All sale items are final and can only be returned for store credit (with a $19.99 deduction to cover the original shipping cost)

Refund:

 Customer must provide return tracking, without that, your return cannot be processed. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and it meets the necessary criteria, we will proceed with the refund. Please note that a $29.99 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
