Final Sale items are also exempt from coverage. If a covered issue arises, we'll strive to make repairs, matching the original style, or offer a replacement if available. The overnight duffle came in very handy on my most recent trip, as I had to one night stays in hotels it fit all my necessary items I needed so I didn’t have to go into my main luggage. the leather is quality leather, pliable but not to soft, holds a decent shape, quality stitching. the only thing i would change is to have the shoulder strap be removable. Over all very satisfied with this product and if ask will let people know where i purchased this duffel.

The bag is just the right size for a 2 or 3 day travel. The leather is well oiled and the sewing seems sturdy. But the carrying strap does not have a quick disconnect clip as with all the other bags I have ever seen. I was not aware of this when I bought it and sent 4 emails asking what I could do but did not receive a response. I will have to hire a local leather worker to correct this since it will be difficult to put on a plane with a strap getting wrapped up with other luggage. This is a problem that should never happened and I am dissapointed with being ignored.
