I've used the briefcase for about a month now. I like the look and feel. I'm able to "load it up" and organize it with no problems. My only gripe is the shoulder strap is about a mile long. I need to maybe have the excess trimmed off. I also have to "buckle up" if I want to use the handle or shoulder strap and not have it open up.

The 18 inch Top Brain leather briefcase bag I purchased was an excellent choice for me, hands down! When my briefcase first arrived it had been damaged. I took a picture and emailed the company and since it was after 5pm I did not hear back until the next day. But when I did get a response, since I enclosed a picture of the damage , there was no hesitation. They immediately sent another briefcase and it's absolutely beautiful! Nice quality leather. But in my opinion, it needs a reinforcing band under the top handle. I can already determine the strain i have seen with minimum weight in bag the leather flap is going to break-free(tear) around the handle where 3 rivet button hold it in place

the briefcase is nice and big, the leather is not as thick as I was hoping it would be and the buckles see to be of lesser quality and may not last as long as the bag will. Price for this bag is a little high based on the things I listed above. The bag also has a strange odor so I'm trying to figure out how to get that 'aired out'.

While this is a very nice bag it just didn't fit my needs. It's been returned for 2 weeks according to tracking but although customer service was nice in the beginning ( you have 24 hours to decide if you like it or want to exchange/refund it ) I haven't heard back. I hope they do the right thing.

I really Like my briefcase. It is very well made and It fits my laptop perfectly with room for a few other bits and pieces. The only improvement I'd suggest would be to make it easier to carry the charger and cables, perhaps in the front pockets. Other than that it's perfect and I hope to be happy with it for years to come and I plan on buying more of your bags.

This is a great brief case at a great price. The leather and workmanship are superior. It looks awesome, classy. There are a couple things I wish it had that would have landed a 5 star rating on it. Some small pockets inside the bag to store things like my cell phone. They would not need flaps, just pockets An attached D ring somewhere inside the bag so that I could attach keys. Having those would have made this bag perfect.
