Final Sale items are also exempt from coverage. If a covered issue arises, we'll strive to make repairs, matching the original style, or offer a replacement if available. So to start , I wasn't expecting the bag to ship co.pressed Into a square ! It was well packaged sealed in a bag inside a James leather cardboard box , all brass was wrapped and protected. Next the leather was dry and had noticable fold marks on some corners . This guy went straight to work with the mink oil ! After two complete treatments with some focus on the stressed points from shipping the bag looks amazing !! Very well built stitched and the inside bag liner is nice and does not move around ! Can't get enough of the new leather smell ! Thick grab handles , shoulder straps are very well made ! Now the real test comes home many years of railroading will it give me !! Fingers crossed as I really like this bag so far ! Thx James leather for offering this great product !

This Buffalo Leather Duffel arrived well packed and protected for shipping. When I removed it from the protective plastic bag in which it was shipped, I noticed a rather strong leather odor. However, after leaving it to air out and breath for a couple of days, the odor eventually dissipated. It now smells like any other leather item I own. The bag appears sturdy and well made. Very nice!
