Hi. Over all great experience. Normally wear an extra large but it was too small. Exchanging the jacket was no problem. When ordering, you may want to size up one size. Double XXL fits perfect and looks awesome.

Jacket was gross and was nowhere near the quality I expected from the photo. First, it came from Pakistan and not the US. Second, it came stuffed in a 12 × 12 box. Third, it smelled like some industrial chemical. I returned it immediately and was refunded by my CC because they only offer a store credit. After seeing the jacket I wanted nothing to do with James Leather. Total ripoff.

Fits great. I had to let it breath for a few days. It had a chemical smell when I pulled it out of the packaging but 3 days later it smells like nice leather.

Review of James Leather Black Moto Leather Jacket
I love the Jacket. The way it looks and the softness of the leather is wonderful. I love the styling of the jacket. It is a light weight jacket so if your like me who lives in a cold weather climate you need to make allowances for a larger size to accommodate sweaters and other undergarments.
A word of warning. I don’t like sloppy clothing and initially sized the jacket per the sizing chart on the James Leather web site. My measurements were well within those for a medium and that’s what I ordered. Delivery took some time and when it arrived at first it appeared to fit just right. The sleeves and waist were perfect. However, when I went to move my arms forward I couldn’t. The shoulders were too tight. And this was with me just wearing a tee shirt.
I hated the idea of going thru the hassle of returning an item, but I had no choice. So I would advise getting the larger size.

I bought this jacket for my husband for Christmas a couple years back and forgot to write a review then, but since it's been a bit I can now more confidently write this review because I know that this is a long lasting product that puts up with a lot of wear and tear and is still going strong. His face when he opened the package was priceless, he was so very happy to get it and still wears it to this day. He even bought leather cleaner and conditioner to keep it looking awesome. It still looks the same as it did the day I bought it and I have a feeling it's going to look the same for years to come. I definitely recommend this jacket!

I ordered based on the sizing chart and ended up choosing too small. It was even a bit tight on my arms and I'm not excessively jacked or overweight. I'd suggest sizing up unless you want the jacket very tight.
The exchange process went smoothly (although I did have to pay for my return shipping).
That being said, great jacket. It appears to be well made. Exactly what I was looking for.

It was well received and it fit well. I have an old bomer jacket 30 plus years old and we discussed if it would like like that. To that I don’t know more expensive jackets offer the opportunity for long lasting that may not exist at a lower price point jacket. But in fairness the product was well received and very useful for my hopes.

I ordered the 2xl Moto jacket. It arrived quickly, was very good quality but its a slim fit and was too small. Requested an exchange and the 3xl fit perfect BUT iI’m still waiting for the 2xl to be accepted back at the New York location - the returned 2xl jacket couldnt be delivered and no one is picking it up from post office and cant get any response from this company - 2xl jacket will come back to me in a few days -can some one HELP here?

Sick fricken jacket. The only thing is the zipper is different than in the picture on the website. The jacket I got has square XYZ brand zipper instead of a rounded one, but it essentially looks the same, it’s not too big or noticeable or anything. Zipper action is smooth so this it’s a minor thing. Love the jacket!

It’s a good jacket, it’s not the jacket I saw in the pictures, the shoulders are far to pointy like a suit jacket, it also looks very matte black in person, not a nice glossy black as depicted. It cleans well, wears well, it feels well…. It just doesn’t look that nice in person.

Ordered an XL originally based off of the previous reviews. The XL was a bit too big plus leather stretches as you wear it so it would eventually get even bigger. Ended up exchanging it for a large which was a super quick an easy process. The large fit perfectly I say go with your normal size
