Customer service was FIVE stars! The toiletry bag I ordered did not match my husband’s luggage. I contacted customer service and Gitte Davis asked for a picture of my husband’s bag in order to find a better fit. She sent back a picture of a darker bag and once I confirmed it was a better match, she got it shipped out to me promptly! I was well-pleased!
It’s not quite as pictured, a little lighter in color but absolutely love it. Excellent quality and can’t wait to see how it breaks in.

It is a nice quality leather large bag. Only reason I gave it a four and I don’t like the double zipper to open. I would prefer the single zipper.
