We were looking for a well made leather briefcase for a 6 ft 4 carrier and this fit the ticket. He loves the pockets and has said at least a dozen times how much he loves it to carry around folders, ipad, small tools to work and on the job as a home performance company owner. The only thing better would be if it came in blue. Rugged and seems durable would be a good description. Thank you for still making a good quality bag to carry, throw in the backseat, in and out of the house every work day.
Very big case holds a lot. Great quality and look. Should last a long time I am rough on luggage it’s not broken on yet but should last years

I have found this briefcase in use to be a better weight distributer than my old one. The briefcase itself is heavier than my old one but, fully loaded with the exact same tools, ie. clipboard, camera, folders, pens, keys, business cards, eyeglasses, etc. it feels lighter to carry. I found this to be an amazing attribute that I hadn't previously considered. I'm sure the briefcase is heavier than my old one but it distributes weight better or something. Anyway, I love my briefcase and I get lots of compliments from my peers and, when I testify in court as an expert witness, from attorneys. It's a great value and I'm very happy with my purchase.

After an extensive search for an office travel bag, I landed on James Leather. I travel extensively, take my work with me and therefore need a high quality, durable bag. I am not disappointed. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and the price affordable. The design of the bag is also smart and well-thought-out. This bag will last many years.
GOOD PRODUCT
Thought it fit an 18" laptop, but it doesn't. Otherwise, it's a tad hefty for what it can carry. The leather is good though.

I'm an old-school criminal defense lawyer. By that I mean that our firm still uses paper files. Sometimes, I end up carrying a lot of files or ones that have become quite bulky. I had a brief case that I'd used for many years, but it finally fell apart. I found this briefcase on your website. It is ideal in every way, but one. A couple of the zippers are extremely hard to move. I'm hopeful that they'll loosen up with time. That almost made me rate this a 4-star, rather than 5-star.

Good quality. Zippers feel nice. I thought the leather would be a little thicker than it is. The only thing I find strange is there is a zipper for an expansion channel, but when you upzip those zippers nothing happens as the leather in this expansion area is very small. So it seems like a waste of a zipper and a possible failure point in the future.
