I love this bag!! It is absolutely gorgeous. Customer service was fantastic….I had a (minor) issue and they addressed it quickly and efficiently! Very responsive! Shipment was fast and quality is just as advertised.. a rarity these days! In fact, quality is better than I expected.. Leather trim is sturdy, well stitched, and the canvas is oiled for protection. I have no doubt that this will last a lifetime. I won’t hesitate to order from them again. Love it!

Great pack. Light weight and very comfortable. Seems sturdy and well made. I for some reason thought it would be bigger and would rather have full buckle straps rather than magnet snaps.
