The duffel/toiletry bag craftsmanship, colors, quality of the leather hands down are excellent. The customer service team are amazingly helpful as I task them with some different ideals and hopefully they will incorporate them in the near future. great bag! Did not come with the toiletry bag as advertised
I purchased the set and only received the duffle and not the toiletries bag. I emailed them immediately upon receiving my bag and still have not received any response. No bag no response and now they email me for a review. How about the company is lousy and does not care about you as customers. The duffle is fine but I would not have purchased it without the toiletries bag. Don’t buy more than one item at a time. And don’t expect a response from them.
